On July 21, 2026, Sunset Operations at Broken Arrow, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Venu Holding Corporation) executed a Consulting and Management Agreement with Legends Global Theater Management, LLC to provide pre-opening advisory services and exclusive management and operations services for the Sunset Amphitheater (a 12,500-capacity outdoor amphitheater) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
